On a 20:00 clock (5 rounds each station)
Station One: Deadlift, 15 repetitions (135lb. / 85lb.)
Minute Two: Double Under, 50 repetitions (or 100 jumps)
Minute Three: Dumbbell Thruster, 15 repetitions (35lb. / 25lb.)
Minute Four: Assault Bike (12 / 8 calories)

Note: This is going to be a challenging 20 minutes! The rep’s and weight is at the “Brown Belt Level.” Scaling modifications will be discussed around the whiteboard.
