Evolution A:

5 rounds of 20 seconds “on” followed by 10 seconds “off” (mini-Tabata)
Assault Bike (maximum calories)

Rest as needed then,

Front Squat, 5,5,5,5,5 repetitions (from the rack)

Between sets of Squat, perform 10 STRICT Toes to Bar

Note: Today we are working “low end” strength following our “mini-Tabata.” Work as heavy as possible on the Squat. The Toes to Bar should be painfully strict! Absolutely no swinging or kipping.
