Station Rotation!

5 Rounds for total reps

1 minute at each station 1 minute rest between rounds

Bent Over Row 95/55

Hurdle Jumps or Step Overs (height determined by athlete)

Kettle Bell Swings 53/35

Alternating DB Lunges 35/20

This is going to be a great session.  Who can maintain their reps through all 5 rounds.

The Coaches will be going over the Bent Over Rows, this is a movement we rarely do, but one that helps with bracing and pullups.
