20 Minute Every Other Minute on the Minute (EOMOM)

Odd Minutes – 8/6 Burpees (approx. 40 seconds)

Even Minutes – 2 Squat Cleans – 1 Thruster (#135/85)

During this workout the weight for the barbell should be a challenging weight but you should be able to recover prior to going back into the burpees.

Use the second squat clean to move straight into the Thruster.
