Team Workout Wednesday:

In teams of two, complete six rounds for time of,

Run 400 Meters
30 Box Jumps or Hurdle Jumps
30 Wall Balls

Rest as needed then,

Complete 4 Rope Climbs utilizing the most challenging technique available to you.

Note: Only one partner can work at a time and each partner must complete a full round before tagging their partner. Wall Ball weight is up to 20lb. for men and 16lb. for women. Hurdle or Box Jump height is up to 24 inches for men and 20 for women. How many teams can complete this workout in under 15:00? For the Rope Climbs, each Athlete will complete 4 climbs.
