10 Power Cleans (95lb. / 65lb.)
10 Front Squats (95lb. / 65lb.)
10 Shoulder to Overhead (95lb. / 65lb.)
400 Meter Run
Note: Use the same weight for all barbell skills. Advanced Athletes should look for opportunities to string techniques together. For example, the final Power Clean can be a Squat Clean to satisfy repetition one of the Front Squats. This is an “old school” circa 2005 Coach Glassman original workout, and it’s a good one!
