Today we are going to do a team workout.

Run 400 Meters

Then, five rounds for time of:
15 Thrusters
15 Pull-ups

Run 400 Meters

Notes:

1) Teams of two. Work can be divided between team as necessary.
2) Use a barbell or dumbbells totaling 65 lb.
3) One barbell or set of dumbbells for each team of two.
4) Each team must carry in any fashion barbell or dumbbell during run.
