Run 400 Meters
Dumbbell or Kettlebell Snatch, 50 Repetitions (50 each arm)
Run 400 Meters
Dumbbell or Kettlebell Snatch, 35 Repetitions (35 each arm)
Run 400 Meters
Dumbbell or Kettlebell Snatch, 20 Repetitions (20 each arm)

Note: The Dumbell or Kettlebell Snatch weight is variable, with recommended weight for men between 35lb. Dumbbell and 53lb. Kettlebell, and women 15lb. Dumbbell to 35lb. Kettlebell or Dumbbell. The Athlete can partition the repetitions between each arm as needed. For example, Athlete can switch each repetition, complete 10 at a time with each arm, etc. The Snatch technique will be reviewed in each class. This is a solid training session, and completes an awesome week of training.
