CrossFit Open Starts Tomorrow at CrossFit Amundson
The CrossFit Games Season is upon us and our gym will be hosting the CrossFit Games Open Workout every Saturday from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Qualified judges will be on hand, and Registered Athletes will have priority in selecting their time for completing the workouts. There is still time to register for the CrossFit Open and everyone is encouraged to participate. There will be a Rx’d and Scaled division this year!
