Note: Todays workout is all about maximum exertion, speed and power. Athletes can move through this workout in any order they desire. It is recommended to complete one effort at each station before repeating a station. (Ie. do not Bench Press back to back rounds.) Rest up to 3:00 between stations. How many Athletes can Rx’ todays workout with the following data points: 500 Meter Row sub 1:45; Run 400 Meters sub 1:30, and Bench Press 21 or more repetitions? This workout comes from CrossFit HQ circa 2002 during a week of “testing”.
