Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM) for 8:00,

Halting Power Clean, 2 Repetitions (2 second pause at knee position) 

Work up to 70% – 80% of 1RM Clean then,

Evolution 2:

Strict Press from Rack,

3 Repetitions at 70% of 1RM
3 Repetitions at 80% of 1RM
3 Repetitions at 90% of 1RM

Rest then,

Evolution 3:

“Grace” (30 Repetitions Ground to Overhead; 135lb. / 85lb.)
