Odd Minutes = Shoulder to Overhead, 5 repetitions (155lb. / 95lb.)
Even Minutes = Single Leg Squats, 10 repetitions (5 each leg)
Note: Scale the barbell weight accordingly. The modification for single leg squats will be 25 regular squats.
Coach Naomi is moving to Nevada!

In addition to an epic workout on Saturday (Murph), this weekend there is an opportunity to create revival in your spiritual life!
