8 Minute AMRAP

3 Burpee, 3 DB Thrusters (#35/25)

6 Burpee, 6 DB Thrusters (#35/25)

9 Burpee, 9 DB Thrusters (#35/25)

12 Burpee, 12 DB Thrusters (#35/25)

Athletes will continue to add three reps on all completed rounds.  Score for the AMRAP will be the last completed Round plus additional repetitions.  (ie.12+22)

Don’t forget Wednesday’s we offer the 515PM Strikes class taught by Coach Henry Montes.  This is not only a great way to learn the fundamentals for striking but you will get a great workout during the class.  Come give it a try.
