Three Rounds of Concept2 Row, 400 Meters

Rest up to 3:00 between intervals

Evolution B:

Thruster, 5,3,1,1,1 (From the Rack, Achieve a new 1RM)

Note: On Evolution A, each round should be an all out sprint effort. Aspiring Purple Belts should be achieving sub 1:40 (men) and 1:50 (women). On the Thruster, a great goal is bodyweight or more.
