On a 10:00 clock ( 5 rounds each station)
Odd Minutes: Barbell Thruster (add 3 repetitions / 95lb. / 65lb.)
Even Minutes: Chest to Bar Pull-up (add 3 repetitions)
Rest as needed then,
Tabata Weighted Jump Rope (on the grinder! 20 seconds “on” 10 seconds “off” for 8 rounds)
Note: On the progression, from 0:00 to 1:00 athletes will perform either 3 Thrusters or 3 CTB Pull-ups (depending on class size), then from 1:00 to 2:00, athletes will perform the other exercise. In the last 2 minutes of the progression, athletes will perform 15 Thrusters and 15 CTB Pull-ups.
