Complete Four Rounds for Time:

Run 400 Meters
20 Box Jumps
30 Kettlebell Swings
40 Push-ups
50 Double Unders

Note: Today’s training session comes from our friends and “Sister Gym” at US CrossFit and SealFit in Encinitas, CA. There will be a 30 minute time cap on the workout, and large classes will complete the Double Unders at Krav Maga.

Congratulations to Tammy who was recognized as Athlete Of The Week at CrossFit Amundson. Tammy has been a longtime Athlete at our gym, and every year this woman gets stronger, faster and in more tremendous shape! Tammy’s athletic background is in aquatic sports, and her endurance and upper body strength is that of a high level swimmer. Tammy has been part of the “Team Six” group since her first days in the gym, and her energy and positive attitude are a magnificent and welcome addition to the sometimes cold and early mornings! Tammy radiates the character qualities of faith, determination, moral strength and kindness. Congratulations Tammy on all your success, both inside and outside the gym!
