Single Leg Squat, 10 Repetitions (Alternating, 5 each leg)
Note: Athletes unable to perform the Single Leg Squat can substitute 30 gymnastic squats. This is an “old school” circa 2002 original Coach Glassman workout assigned to Greg Amundson during a private training session.
