Assault Bike, 20 calories (women 12)
Run 400 meters

Rest up to 3:00 and repeat for 3 total rounds. Your goal is to maintain a 10 + second split from round 1. How many people can keep all 3 rounds sub 5:00? Please note there will not be a Zoom class today.
