Wednesday reminder we have striking class at 515PM and our new 615PM WOD class.  They make for a great session if you can make it to both.

“Light but long DT”

5 Rounds for time

200m Run

12 Deadlift (#115/75)

9 Hang Power Cleans (#115/75)

6 Shoulder to Overhead (#115/75)

“DT” is a traditional Hero workout completed at #155/105 without the 200m run at the start of each round.

Today we are completing a lighter version with a 200m run to start each round.  Use the run to get back to nostril breathing and try to complete the barbell movements in one set.

This is going to be a great session so bring your A game.
