Minute One: Concept2 Row, Maximum Calories
Minute Two: Wallball Shots, Maximum Reps (20lb. / 14lb.)
Minute Three: Toes to Bar, Maximum Reps
Note: Todays session comes from the training CAMP for Robert “The Ghost” Guerrero, and it’s a good one! This workout operates like “Fight Gone Bad” and is scored by a running total of repetitions at each station. Rest 1:00 between rounds, and repeat! Athletes can pick their start station, but must honor the order of rotation. Complete 4 rounds.

Beginning in July, CrossFit Amundson will be transitioning our Open Gym program to the “Keyholder Open Gym” from Saturday through Thursday.
