As Many Rounds As Possible in 3:00 of,
Double Under, 30 repetitions (or 50 single jumps)
Burpees, 8 repetitions

Rest 2:00 between rounds and complete 3 rounds.

Rest as needed then,

Weighted Object Deadlift, 3,3,3,3,3 repetitions (5 second tempo)
