100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats

Note: Partition this workout in any fashion you want. As long as the total repetitions are completed, you can move through the workout in any order. You do not need to finish all the repetitions at one station before switching stations. There is a lot of strategy to this workout when completed in this manner.
