Friday Night Fights!


5 Rounds for Max Repetitions of Bodyweight Bench Press and Pull-ups

Note: Weight on the Bench Press can be scaled. No more than twenty seconds rest between Bench Press and Pull-up. No more than four minutes rest between rounds. Score is total repetitions combined. We’ll begin each class with an introduction on the finer points of the Bench Press.

Join us tonight immediately following our last class of the evening  (7:30  PM) to celebrate the victories of the day at Suda.


Please join us from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM tomorrow for Open Gym Saturday.  There will be one formal group workout at 10:00 AM. From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM the gym will be open with supervision from our Coaching Team. This is a great opportunity to work on skills and the accomplishment of your goals.

Join Greg Amundson at 11:30 AM  for the Hero Workout “Murph“. Scaled versions of this workout will also be an option.
