Three Rounds for Time:

Power Clean, 10 Repetitions (165lb. / 85lb.)
Run 100 Meters (to Krav Maga)
Then Five Rounds of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Run 100 Meters (to HQ)

Note: In todays workout we are “mashing-up” the weightlifting skill of the Power Clean with the classic CrossFit triplet of “Cindy”. Following the total workout, Athletes will have achieved 30 repetitions of Power Clean, and 15 rounds of “Cindy”.
