Note: This is an amazing workout! Height on Hurdle Jumps is up to 24 inches for men and 18 for women. Thruster weight (both Kettlebell and Dumbbell will be available) is up to 35lb. for men and 25lb. for women. Ball Slam weight is 20lb. for men and 12lb. for women. GI Jane modifications will be taught in the gym.
