Today we have a great workout that is simple but effective.

For time:

Complete 150 Kettle Bell Swings (#53/35)

But…… The athlete will start the beginning of each minute by first completing 4 burpees prior to starting their KB Swings.

At GO!! the athlete will complete 4 burpees then move on to completing as many KB Swings with the remaining time in the minute.

At the 1 minute mark the athlete will set the kettle bell down and complete 4 burpees.  This will continue at the start of each minute until the athlete is able to complete all 150 burpees.
