Run 400 Meters,
Bench Press, As Many Repetitions As Possible (135lb. / 75lb.)

Cash out with 5 rope climbs utilizing the most challenging technique available.

How many athletes can Rx’ todays session and achieve 15 or more repetitions each round, or a total of 60 or more repetitions? Rest up to 3:00 between rounds. Compare todays score to March 26, 2019, May 15, 2019, and June 26, 2019. This is one of “Australian Aaron’s” favorite sessions!
