4 strict pull-up, 8 push-ups, 12 squats
Etc.

Rest as needed then,

Tempo Deadlift, 5,3,1 Repetitions (5 Second Descent) 

Compare todays score and tempo-weight to February 26, 2019. Keep those Pull-ups super strict!
