Run 1800 Meters (Big Loop)
20 Burpees
Deadlift, 20 Repetitions (275lb. / 205lb.)

Rest as needed then,

Evolution B:
Strict Pull-up, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Repetitions (Add Weight for Advanced Athletes)

Note: Hit Evolution A fast and hard, with a goal of completion in under 10:00. Scale Deadlift weight if necessary, but the load should be heavy. Advanced athletes should add weight to their strict Pull-up repetitions.
