Station One / Minute One: Power Clean, 3 repetitions (go heavy!)
Station Two / Minute Two: Assault Bike, 12 calories (9 women)
Station Three / Minute Three: Box Jump, 15 repetitions (24′ / 20′)
Note: On today’s session, pick a Power Clean weight that is within a 5RM load. These rep’s must be consecutive to count. The “work to rest” ration should be approximately 30/30 today.
