Note: Athletes can rotate through todays Diagnostic Test in any order they want, but must complete the entire category before moving to another. For example, an Athlete starting at the PUSH category must complete both the Push-ups and Shoulder Press before moving to another category. Rest up to 3:00 between categories and category-stations. Data will be collected from each skill to help access the current capacity across Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Level I, and help set training goals for the Rank Level 2 Test in July. A full explanation of each testing category and standard for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced will be included in the workout brief. Come give your best effort and start to prepare for your Level 2 Test!

Join us tomorrow, January 30, 2016, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM for the grand opening of Satvana Yoga. Beginning on February 1, 2016, the CrossFit Amundson Yoga Program, currently offered in our Krav Maga studio, will be relocating to Satvana Yoga. In addition, Satvana Yoga will be offering “Open Studio” time, similar to “Open Gym” at CrossFit, for The CrossFit Amundson monthly “Yoga Package” will be $15.00 per month for unlimited Yoga at the new studio, which can be added to the monthly gym membership cost. Please be sure to sign up for Satvana Yoga and the “Add On Package” on the whiteboard at HQ.
