12 Minute Every Other Minute on the Minute (EOMOM)

Odd Minutes – 15 DB Front Squats (#35/25)

Even Minutes – 8 DB Renegade Rows (#35/25)

A renegade row starts with the athlete in the plank position with the DB in hand.  The athlete completes a pushup, then alternates pulling one DB off the ground at a time.

Coaches will demonstrate the renegade row prior to the workout.
