Please join us from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM today for Open Gym Saturday. There will be TWO formal group workouts tomorrow. The first workout will start at 10:00 AM and will be free to the public and appropriate for all skill levels. This workout will be taught by Greg Amundson and will include a Warrior Yoga practice and Kettlebell workout taught by both Greg Amundson and Bailey Feeney. The second session will begin at approximately 11:30 AM and is only for members of CrossFit Amundson. This workout will be programmed at the advanced level. Open gym will be from 12:00 to 2:00 PM with supervision from our Coaching Team. This is a great opportunity to work on skills and the accomplishment of your goals.
Andrea got her first Pull-up!
Congratulations to Andrea who achieved her first Pull-up last Monday during the “Sprint Helen” workout. This amazing woman then completed the entire workout as prescribed, completing 36 additional Pull-ups! Andrea has the courage of ten-thousand warriors and makes daily improvements in her physical training. Andrea is also an incredible mother who sets an extremely positive example for her children to follow. Keep up the inspiring work Andrea!
Tomorrow, March 30, 2014, our gym will be hosting the final BBQ and Games Workout of the CrossFit Games Open Season. The final workout will take place between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM and will run concurrently with our BBQ. The gym will be supplying the main course, please bring a small side dish to share. Our very own Captain Corey Demers will be hosting the official Games After-Party. Details and directions available at the gym.
