Rope climb and handstand walking practice. Perform 5 “L Sit” rope climbs to a 15 foot rope. Then practice your handstand walk for twenty minutes. Try to walk a total of 250 feet over the course of twenty minutes.
Rest five minutes then,
Back Squat 5 RM for 5 sets (5 RM is a weight you can squat 5 times but not 6.)
