5 Dumbbell Deadlifts
5 Dumbbell Hang Cleans
5 Dumbbell Push Presses

Note: Increase weight on each set of Deadlifts. Weight for Dumbbell mashup ranges from 15lb. to 45lb. Kettlebells can also be substituted for Dumbbells.
