8 Burpess

50 Air Squats

30 Double Unders or 30 Mountain Climbers

Jump into the new year right!  10K Double Unders or Singles Challenge.

During the month of January complete 10,000 jumps of either double unders or singles.

Keep track of your daily jumps and record them in the gym.  You can also keep track of them remotely and send them to Kim at the end of each week.

Lets start the NEW YEAR off with a challenge of daily movement.
