Dumbbell Hang Power Clean, 30 Repetitions (Alternating / 15 Each Arm: 50lb. / 35lb.)
Run 200 Meters (to Krav Maga)
15 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
Run 200 Meters (to HQ)

In the remaining time,

Evolution B:
1 Repetition Max Power Clean (Barbell)

Note: On todays workouts the first “score” is the time for completion of Evolution A against a 15:00 clock. Following completion, athletes have the remaining time to establish their “high hear-rate” 1 repetition max Power Clean. For the Dumbbell Hang Power Clean, athletes may also use an equal or heavier Kettlebell and can partition the repetitions as necessary between right and left hands.
