Evolution A:

Weighted Object Front Squat, 5,5,5,5,5 repetitions (Tempo Training with Coach!)

Rest as needed then,

Evolution B:

One “Sprint Round” for time,
Run 400 meters (or another aerobic activity of equal distance or time)
30 Weighted Object Hang Power Cleans
20 Weighted Object Front Squats
10 Weighted Object Shoulder to Overheads
