Overhead Squat, 5,3,1,1,1 (practice and/or find your 1RM overhead squat!)

Rest as needed then,

Complete 4 Rounds for Time,

7 Strict Pull-ups
10 Alternating Single Leg Squats (or 30 squats)
21 Kettlebell Swings (53lb. / 35lb.)
Run 400 Meters

Note: Today we are going to “practice” two of the most challenging squatting techniques in CrossFit, the Overhead Squat and the Single Leg Squat. Do your best on these skills as you work towards mastery.
