10 Muscle Ups for Time (Purple Belts on the Ring or Bar)
25 Pull-ups and 25 Dips for Time (Blue Belts)
Note: On the Barbell complex, athletes must keep the bar in hand for all three repetitions. Athletes can pick their Barbell weight, and add weight over the 10 rounds if they choose. We will record the most weight lifted on the complex. The Muscle-up will be on the CAMP Purple Belt Test – start practicing!

Krav Maga Update!
Coach is training Six Time World Champion boxer Robert Guerrero for his upcoming March 9, 2019, fight at the StubHub Center in LA. The Guerrero Fight Team may be relocating their CAMP to Las Vegas starting as early as next week to minimize distraction and focus exclusively on training. Coach may need to postpone the start date of Krav Maga until after Robert’s fight to ensure continuity in training for both Robert and the Krav Maga students. Stay posted for updates.
