Today we are going to do a team workout.

In teams of two, complete the following for time:

20 pound Wall-ball, 50 shots
Run 1800 meters with the medicine ball (the big loop!)
20 pound Wall-ball, 50 shots
Run 1800 meters with the medicine ball
20 pound Wall-ball, 50 shots

Notes: Divide the work in any fashion. Each team must carry one medicine ball with them during the run. The ball may be passed between athletes as often as necessary.
