Congratulations to Efrain who was recognized as Athlete Of The Week. Efrain is approaching his two year CrossFit training anniversary and has made incredible gains through his disciplined training regime. Efrain is extremely gifted in his Barbell techniques, and is one of the most mentally tough Athletes at our gym. In addition to training hard at CrossFit Amundson, Efrain frequently takes his fitness outside the box, such as rocking Pull-ups at the beach while on vacation in Brazil for the World Cup. Congratulation Efrain on being recognized as Athlete of The Week and keep up the inspiring work.
