A = Thruster (95lb. / 65lb.)
B = Pull-up
C = Burpee
Note: The repetition scheme at each station is up to the athlete but must be maintained for all 6 rounds. A great goal is 9 or more rep’s at all stations. Advanced athletes (brown & black belt) should practice Chest to Bar Pull-ups and/or Bar Muscle-ups.
