Friday, May 28, 2014, is Erika’s last day in Santa Cruz. She has decided to move back home to Ohio to be closer to family. We will miss her smile, bright spirits and enthusiasm for life. Come back and visit soon Erika!

Look closely at the data in the photograph above and you’ll notice Aaron set the new gym record for the infamous Run 400 Meters, 21 Repetition Bench Press workout. Congratulations to Aaron, and several of the other Athletes who met the challenge and completed all 4 rounds in under 3:00. Special mention to Omar on a 2:40 round average!

The next CrossFit Amundson WaterWOD is scheduled for Thursday, May 12, 2014, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. This class is free to all CrossFit Amundson Athletes but is limited to 10 people. Please be sure to sign up early on the gym whiteboard. Transportation will be provided by the EPIC Fitness Van.
