Threshold Mashup Training Day!

Complete 1:00 of Maximum Effort At The Following Stations:

Double Under (As Many Repetitions As Possible)
Rest 1:00
Dumbbell Thruster (35lb. / 15lb. – As Many Repetitions As Possible)
Rest 1:00
Pull-ups (As Many Repetitions As Possible)

Determine 50% of your maximum threshold then,

On a 12:00 Minute Clock (4 Rounds Each Station)

Minute One: Double Under (50% Threshold)
Minute Two: Thruster (50% Threshold)
Minute Three: Pull-up (50% Threshold)

Rest as needed then,

Front Squat 5,3,1, repetitions (5 second tempo descent, 1 second bottom position hold)

The combination of Thruster, Pull-up and Double Under is the ULTIMATE mashup, especially at the 50% threshold percentage. Compare todays repetitions to June 25, 2019, and try to set a new record on ALL 3 STATIONS!
