Note: Todays session is gonna’ be a good one, and is intended to be a sustained effort workout between twenty and thirty minutes. Large classes will perform the Toes to Bar and other modifications at Krav Maga.
Kyle and Coach – Vessel Rescue at Santa Cruz Harbor
On Saturday night, January 28, Kyle and Coach had an opportunity to train together, outside the gym! Both Kyle and Coach had responded to a distress call of an overturned vessel at entrance to the Santa Cruz Harbor. You never know when your fitness will be put to the test: Just ask any first responder, and the motto should be, “Train like your life depends on it, because it does!”

Copies of Greg’s book will be available for sale at the event. The primary topic will be goal setting, and the power of the micro-goal. Super important for New Years resolutions!
