Clean and Jerk, 15-12-9 repetitions (must be completed within 10 minutes)

Rest as needed then,

Strict Pull-up Progression – Every Minute On The Minute for 10:00 add 1 x strict Pull-up

Note: For “Gwen” athletes must touch and go at the floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping except for the final repetition of each set. Use the same load for all 3 sets. Rest as needed between sets. Compare today’s effort to June 8, 2021. If you were successful on the 1-10 Pull-up progression, start today’s progression at #2 (2 pull-ups the first minute, etc.).
