20 Alternating DB Snatches (#35/20)

Power Cleans (#135/85)

During today’s workout, athletes should concentrate on holding a tight core on the way out and back on the farmer’s carry and again during the DB Snatches.  Try come back to relaxed breathing during the farmer’s carry and sprint through the alternating lunges and snatches.
