Barbell Club

Our Barbell Club is a specialized class that meets once a week on Monday from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM. This class focuses on the traditional Power Lifts of Bench Press, Deadlift and Back Squat, as well as supplemental lifts such as Weighted Pull-up, Upright Rows and Core Development. Expect to see significant increases in full body strength as well as noticeable gains in lean muscle mass. In addition to expert instruction in technique, this class follows a scientific approach to increasing strength by adhering to the tried-and-proven Wendler 5-3-1 program. This class is open to all skill levels.
