Our Olympic Lifting Class focuses on the Snatch and Clean and Jerk skills, in addition to unique drills designed to support the Olympic Lifters development in the sport. Technique, skill development, point-of-performance drills and Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM) workouts provide for a challenging learning environment well suited for novice and advanced lifters alike. This class is designed to function as a stand-alone Workout Of the Day (WOD) or as a supplemental class to the traditional CrossFit workout. Lifting shoes and wraps are not required but strongly recommended. This class is open to all skill levels.
